Cancellations by the Customer: If the Customer wishes to cancel a booking, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the Company. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount refunded will depend on the Company's cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions of third-party suppliers.

Cancellations by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or offer a refund to the Customer.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. We will communicate the refund process and any associated costs to you upon request or in accordance with the specific provider's policies. The Company reserves the right to deduct any applicable cancellation fees or administrative charges from the refund amount.

Some bookings, such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel reservations, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. It is essential to review the terms and conditions before making such bookings.

The company is not liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest/s.

Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for international tours is non-refundable as it is deposited with the income tax department and recorded on the guest’s registered PAN. TCS once paid cannot be reversed, however can be claimed by the guest while filing their annual Income Tax Returns.
